Double room with whirlpool, a splendid view, for example was ready when we checked-in. The staff were happy to help with all of our needs.

Hypoallergenic pillows, good bed. Particularly good position in the Old Town. Based near to Gjirokaster, and bars, restaurants and other nightlife.

Great that they have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with pretty view of town and flowers and balloons; everyone is welcome here. Had coffee/tea making equipment, a refrigerator, and glassware at our disposal.

I disliked the fact that some guests were smoking inside the building, violating the non-smoking policy. the smell of smoke was noticeable inside the elevator and our room through the air conditioning system, which was unpleasant.

had another amazing stay in gjirokaster, this time at a central and quiet location. friendly staff went above and beyond, taking care of car troubles and even giving us a ride. comfortable and modern room with a great view. overall, loved the place.

This hotel is the perfect location for exploring the charm and history of a beautiful Albanian town. The centre and the fortress are within walking distance and the surroundings are bustling with bars and restaurants. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is substantial and delicious. private parking is available.

Smoking is still permitted and the smell of cigarette smoke can be unpleasant for some guests.
